Christmas in the Old Country Church

Christmas in the Old Country Church

Everyone's favorite Christmas songs, performed deeply rooted in the traditions of the Old Country Church. This was our first CD.

For over 130 years, friends and families have gathered in Singsaas Church for their annual Christmas Program. The performers are local folk, mostly farmers and craftsmen both young and old. Held the evening of December 26th, the program has become one of the area's longest running and most anticipated events.

When the lights dim, darkness highlights the candles, ribbon and garland which mark the occasion. The stirring of the crowd culminates at the tolling of the church bell. The program is about to start!

Little has changed here in the old Country Church. It could be 1930 or today. Come in, take a seat, and join us for our Christmas program.
